I was just checking my TV watching schedule for the next week and discovered that Wil is going to be on The Screen Savers on TechTV on Wednesday. I'm going to have to tape it so I can watch it when I get home from work.
I've been trying to find a part-time job to help pay bills. I stopped by the local Super Target yesterday to fill out their computerized application. I expected it to be easy, it's on a computer after all so it should be short and sweet, right? Wrong!! Not only did it have the normal application questions (name, address, job history, etc.) it also had upwards of 100 "what would you do if..." questions. That in itself wouldn't have been too bad, but the server it was on went sooooo slowly. The wait between each question was a minimum of 1 full minute. It regularly went to it's screensaver because I wasn't responding. I just wanted to scream at it. I'd be responding if you'd give me a new question!!! It took me 45 minutes to finish the stupid thing. ACK!!! Very annoying. But hopefully something will actually come of it and I can get myself a part time job to join my full time job.
