I just have to plug my webhost for a second here. When I first set up my site I used Yahoo as my host/registrar. That was a mistake! I won't go into it but I decided within the first month and a half that I needed to switch hosts. So... I started searching for a new one. I came across vervehosting and have loved them!
Within the first few days I had some issues with getting my registration switched from Yahoo to my new host. I went on verve's help desk and had someone helping me within a few mintues. She helped me for a couple hours until we got it figured out. After my horrid experience with Yahoo's "help" desk I was delighted and quite surprised.
My newest issue has been with space. My site has been slowly expanding and I just realized yesterday that I'm very close to the limit. Logical solution? Go to the next package size! I couldn't find the right menu to do this so I sent an e-mail to the billing department. I put it as a low priority because, well... it is. Within 10 minutes I had an e-mail from them and they had upgraded my account. Yes, I said 10 minutes.
Maybe I just had such a nasty experience with Yahoo that I'm overly grateful. Maybe this is normal and I'm just easily impressed. But I'm impressed gosh darn it! So I'm telling everyone.
