When you're driving on the interstate for two hours in lots of rain and strong winds, and then the rain turns into sleet, and then your car goes off the road and flips over two times.
I'm okay, but my parent's car is a mess. I took them to the airport this morning, they're going to Peru for a month. So now I need to figure out how to get ahold of them so they can tell me what they want me to do with their car!
This was SOOOOOOOOOO not the way I was planning on spending my day!

The car accident that had me scared to drive for a year was no where near as bad as this. You're so *the* woman for handling all this by yourself so well.

The statistics really are overwhelming, the stakes tend to be huge, it really is hard to talk about and even more difficult to deal with it. Technology, guidance, communicating... each of them compete with human nature. And every situation is different.
