So I'm cheating and using another program, but it's working! I downloaded a little ftp scheduler thing and that is uploading the webcam image no problem. So now I just need to write some code to get the image into the blog and away we go! I shouldn't be needing to use the scheduler program, but it works so that's good enuf for me!
