« Going Home | Main | Prayers »

I know not everyone respected or agreed with the man. But I do respect him and I think it's important to recognize his passing.

I'm not Catholic, I'm Lutheran. But that makes us both Christians and that means the Pope's Father is my Father as well.

I don't recognize him as the head of my church or anything like that, but that doesn't mean that I don't realize what an important person he was. And I respect him and I think he was a remarkable person. And even though I don't have to follow his teachings, I do agree with an awful lot of them anyway.

And now he's finally home, he's healthy again, and he doesn't have to worry about any of the nonesense that happens here on earth any more.

The cross picture is one I took a while ago, the photo of the Pope is an AP Photo
